For consistency, the abbreviations used throughout this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the announcements dated 4 May 2026, 6 May 2026, 24 June 2026 and 30 June 2026 relating to the Proposed Disposals (the "Announcements"), unless otherwise stated or defined herein.

The Board refers to the Announcements and wishes to announce that All-Link Singapore has informed the Company that, on 5 August 2026, All-Link Singapore completed its listing of and quotation for the ordinary shares of All-Link Singapore on the Mainboard of the SGX-ST ("Listing").

Following the Listing, AGX's effective equity interest in All-Link Singapore was diluted from 31.0% to 23.2%. Accordingly, the deemed disposal arising from the dilution of AGX's effective equity interest in All-Link Singapore has been completed.

Based on the initial public offering ("IPO") prospectus of All-Link Singapore dated 28 July 2026, the market capitalisation of All-Link Singapore upon its Listing, based on the IPO price of SGD0.25 per share and the post-IPO share capital of 151,037,900 shares, is approximately SGD80.1 million (approximately RM255.7 million, computed based on the exchange rate of SGD1: RM3.1927 as at 5 August 2026). Based on the IPO price, AGX's retained effective equity interest of approximately 23.2% in All-Link Singapore following the Listing represents an implied value of approximately SGD18.6 million (approximately RM59.4 million, computed based on the same exchange rate).
