AGX Group Berhad Offers First Dividend Since Listing

The Board of Directors of AGX Group Berhad proposed a final tax exempt (single-tier) dividend of 0.45 sen per ordinary share amounting to RM1.95 million in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2023.

However, the dividend announced will be subject to the approval of its shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General meeting that will be held on 30 May 2024.

The proposed entitlement and payment date for the final dividend shall be announced at a later date.
