AGX Logistics (M) Sdn Bhd – Subang Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Subang Jaya office. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and promoting our freight forwarding and logistics services to achieve sales and business growth objectives.


  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the freight forwarding and logistics industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to drive long-term business growth.
  • Promote the company’s logistics solutions, including air freight, sea freight, land transportation, warehousing, customs clearance, and value-added services.
  • Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and customized logistics solutions to meet customers’ requirements.
  • Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and service agreements in accordance with company policies.
  • Work closely with the Operations, Finance, and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth shipment execution and excellent customer experience.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer need to identify new business opportunities.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the system.
  • Attend customer meetings, networking events, and industry exhibitions to expand business opportunities.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by Management.
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of sales or business development experience in the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
  • Strong knowledge of air freight, sea freight, customs clearance, Incoterms, and logistics operations.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
  • Strong business development mindset with the ability to identify and secure new customers.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with the ability to work independently.
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Possess a valid driving licence, own transportation, and be willing to travel for business development activities.
