IT Support Executive
AGX Logistics (M) Sdn Bhd – Subang Jaya, HQ Office, Malaysia
Job Responsibilities:
- Responding promptly to IT support requests and conduct remote and on-site troubleshooting for hardware, software, CCTV and network issues.
- Support company internal systems and shipping related platforms.
- Coordinate with HQ IT team, vendors, and service providers for system maintenance, upgrade, troubleshooting, and implementation.
- Assist in monitoring network stability, internet connection, server access, and system performance.
- Support email account setup and management.
- Handle IT asset management, including record keeping, equipment issuance, return, repair, and disposal.
- Assist in data backup, cybersecurity measures, antivirus updates, and basic IT compliance matters.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
Skills & Competencies
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 will be an added advantage.
- Good problem-solving skills, responsible, patient, and service-oriented.
- Able to work independently and coordinate with internal users, vendors.
- Willing to learn company systems and support system enhancement projects.
- Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
