The Company are pleased to announced that AGX Logistics (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (Formerly known as JK Freight Global Co., Ltd.) (“AGX Thailand”) was incorporated on 1 April 2024.

The principal activities of AGX Thailand are to provide logistics services.
