The Company are pleased to announced that AGX Logistics (Viet Nam) Co., Ltd (“AGX Vietnam”) was incorporated on 3 July 2024. The principal activities of AGX Vietnam are to provide logistics and warehousing services.

The establishment of a new company in Vietnam represents a strategic opportunity for our company to expand its presence in a high-growth market and create synergies within our group.
