Customer Service & Documentation Executive (Export & Import)

Vital link between customers and operations ensuring accuracy and timeliness of shipping documentation.


  • Receive and process booking requests from customers.
  • Closely monitor sea freight shipment progress for both export and import.
  • Coordinate effectively with shipping lines, co-loaders, and overseas agents.
  • Draft and verify accuracy of shipping documents such as HBL and MBL.
  • Submit manifest and send debit notes on schedule.
  • Manage billing records and shipment-related documentation.
  • Handle issues and provide timely updates to customers.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar position preferred.
  • College or University degree in Logistics, International Business, or Import-Export.
  • Detail-oriented, careful, and proactive mindset.
