Human Resources Executive
AGX Logistics (Vietnam)
Central role in team building and maintaining HR operational standards at AGX Logistics Vietnam.
Job Responsibilities:
- Execute recruitment campaigns and screen candidate CVs as required.
- Arrange schedules and participate directly in the interview process.
- Prepare job offers and coordinate onboarding for new hires.
- Maintain, secure, and update employee record systems.
- Draft internal announcements, decisions, and administrative HR documents.
- Manage databases and generate periodic HR reports.
- Support internal training programs and monitor employee KPI evaluations.
- Perform timely timekeeping and payroll tasks.
- Handle procedures related to social, health, and unemployment insurance.
- Manage labor contract lifecycles and related legal documentation.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, or related fields.
Skills & Competencies
- Deep understanding of Labor Law and current HR management regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
