Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with corporate growth targets.
- Coordinate with agents in China to increase sea cargo import volumes.
- Identify new partnerships and expand international transport markets in key regions.
- Research market trends and competitor activities to propose product expansions.
- Oversee sales operations and ensure high-performance processes.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and train the succession team.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Logistics sales.
- University degree in related fields.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills with overseas partners.
